The second change is that the long lines at the cash counter have been eliminated , customers’ complaints and dissatisfaction have eliminated .The main reason is that the smart shopping cart could support customers do self check-out .The third change is that per customer transaction has increased , as it is known to all that the smart shopping cart could send precise promotions and coupons to customers in the whole shopping process .” said by Mr. Li .
